As one of many, you are part of a collective, a shared Vietnamese history, a culture of resilience, and a community like VSA that continues to grow through connection and care. But as one of a kind, your story, voice, and leadership journey are uniquely your own. This theme honors that dual truth: that we are shaped by those who came before us, yet still hold the power to choose who we become. Like a blind box, your potential may be hidden, layered, or still unfolding, but the box is yours to open. And no matter where you are in your journey, VSA will always be a place to begin, return, and belong.

YES IT IS!! At Summit, we have something called Family Programming, where you’ll be placed into a group with people from different schools to play games, bond, and grow closer together. We also offer professional development opportunities such as résumé-building sessions, coffee chats with alumni, and a variety of workshops.
A Family Leader is someone who guides your Summit experience and ensures that it is a safe, welcoming space for everyone
In the registration form, we ask a series of questions curated by the Family Programming Committee. They will do their best to pair you with the best FL and attendees who best fit your personality to ensure a great weekend!
We encourage all attendees to stay for the full duration of the conference to get the most out of the experience. Of course, if you feel unwell, you will be excused. Please note that leaving the conference to spend time with people outside the event is not permitted
