CRYSTAL HUYNH-KIM

Crystal is an Associate Attorney at Krogh & Decker LLP where she practices complex business litigation, employment and entertainment law. Her prior experience in community organizing for housing advocacy in Sacramento, at a public interest non-profit law firm in San Francisco focusing complex social issues facing California communities, and working with constituents and legislative affairs in the California State Assembly. She expresses her deep passion for NorCal UVSA in dedicating over 10 years in fostering conversations and making connections furthering the Vietnamese culture and leadership. In her free time, she manages a dumpling business with her husband and spends time with her newborn baby and Chow Chow.

TAM PHAN

Tam is a dedicated and visionary member of our Board of Directors, bringing over 10 years of experience in leadership roles and community engagement. With a genuine dedication to fostering the growth of NorCal UVSA’s constituents, staff, and executive board members, Tam contributes to our organization’s progress and mission alignment. Tam hopes that we all can collaborate to make meaningful improvements in the lives of those we support and the Vietnamese-American community.

TU-ANH DANG

Tu-Anh served on the very first UVSA elected Executive Board and is a member on the Board of Directors. She currently works with students with behavioral needs. You can find her either traveling, at Disneyland, attending a Korean pop concert or at home cuddling with her two cats. She hopes she is able to inspire and foster the future leaders to their fullest potential as they continue to service the Vietnamese American community.

JENNY NGUYEN

Jenny is a Manager at MashiBox, an e-commerce that sells unique Asian snacks. She has been involved in the UVSA space for the past 7 years having been the previous Treasurer and President. During the 2020-2021 term as President, she was able to help NorCal UVSA obtain our official non-profit status. She hopes that the UVSA space can continue to thrive and inspire future generations of leaders to serve the community.
