Natalie Phan is the 2023-2024 NorCal UVSA President. Within NorCal UVSA, she formerly has held positions of EVP, events cabinet, and ICC. She is an alumni of one of NorCal’s constituent schools, VSA at UC Davis. At her home school, she served as President, EVP, and publications chair. Currently, she is a clinical lab scientist that completed a post-Bach program at SJSU. Her goal for this year is to do more external NorCal UVSA events with the community, support VSA leaders/clubs, and bring NorCal UVSA to you.

Jason Tran is the 2023-2024 Internal Vice President with this year being his second term. Within NorCal UVSA he was the previous ICC, events lead, and CoRR. He is a recent graduate from San Jose State University majoring in Business Administration concentrating in Management Information Systems. He currently works in the automotive industry, BayOptiks, as a Data Analyst. His goal is to continue forging leaders and building the community with our university partners. In his free time, Jason loves going to the gym, cooking, reading, traveling, and playing with his cat, Yuki.

Alice Truong is an alumni of University of the Pacific. she is currently pursuing her Master's at San Francisco State University in Integrative Biology. She has been in the VSA space since 2018 and has taken up leadership roles in the space since 2019. In her free time, Alice loves spending time with her dog, Bloo.

Tammy Tran is a current CIRM intern at UCSF while attending San Francisco State University. She has been involved in the VSA space since 2018 and has taken many leadership roles at her alma mater University of the Pacific. She is serving her second year on Executive Board and is excited to incorporate her knowledge to bettering the upcoming year. In her free time she loves to crochet and watch movies.

Cindy is currently an undergraduate student studying Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California Merced with the intent of becoming a Biology teacher in the near future. She has been in the VSA space, holding leadership positions since her senior year in high school and all through university. In her free time, she loves to stay at home to cook, play TFT, and watch TV.

Crystallyn is a masters and multiple subject credential student at San Jose State University, where she also served as their VSA’s past culture show producer and external vice president. Currently, she is one of the co-CORR’s of NorCal UVSA and is excited to work on strengthening All-Cal relations amongst other goals in her platform when running with Hoang. In her free time, Crystallyn enjoys watching Kdramas, animes, learning kpop dances, or karaoking her heart away with her friends and loved ones.
Hoang Tran is a current student at San Jose State University studying Public Health. He has been involved in the VSA space since 2019 and has held numerous positions in San Jose State University's VSA, such as Ace Chair. In his free time, Hoang likes to dance, karaoke, watch anime and play video games.

Tu-Anh served on the very first UVSA elected Executive Board and is a member on the Board of Directors. She currently works with students with behavioral needs. You can find her either traveling, at Disneyland, attending a Korean pop concert or at home cuddling with her two cats. She hopes she is able to inspire and foster the future lead

Crystal is an Associate Attorney at Krogh & Decker LLP where she practices complex business litigation, employment and entertainment law. Her prior experience in community organizing for housing advocacy in Sacramento, at a public interest non-profit law firm in San Francisco focusing complex social issues facing California communities,
Crystal is an Associate Attorney at Krogh & Decker LLP where she practices complex business litigation, employment and entertainment law. Her prior experience in community organizing for housing advocacy in Sacramento, at a public interest non-profit law firm in San Francisco focusing complex social issues facing California communities, and working with constituents and legislative affairs in the California State Assembly. She expresses her deep passion for NorCal UVSA in dedicating over 10 years in fostering conversations and making connections furthering the Vietnamese culture and leadership. In her free time, she manages a dumpling business with her husband and spends time with her newborn baby and Chow Chow.
When I'm not coding, I enjoy hiking, photography, and playing the guitar. I find that these hobbies help me to relax and clear my mind, which in turn helps me to be more productive when I'm working on coding projects.
