Our Mission: NorCal UVSA is a youth 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan, community-based organization dedicated to empowering young minds and fostering leadership skills that will shape a brighter future for all, guided by the values, culture, and community of the Vietnamese and Vietnamese-American youth.
Organizational Leadership
The Executive Board, consisting of the President, Internal and External Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, and the Council of Regional Representatives, works alongside the elected Board of Directors, the Intercollegiate Council, and a carefully selected Cabinet to oversee the organization's daily operations and strategic direction.

Annual Flagship Events
The organization hosts four annual flagship events: a Summer Camp, a Leadership Summit Conference, a Lunar New Year Festival, and an Olympic Games Field Day. These events serve as key initiatives to foster community engagement, leadership development, and cultural celebration.
